* Day Prior or Day of the job $590 cancellation fee
*In certain instances cancellation fee can be adjusted, please contact us to discuss the details
*Living and Dining rooms (Combo rooms) count as 2 rooms
*Prices can change by 50% or 100% for commercial evictions, excessive quantities and extreme hoarder situations
