Landlord is responsible for three months of storage (Massachusetts Housing Court – Evictions).
A $590 deposit is due 48 hours before the job. Full payment is due on or before the eviction date.
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, bank check, or cash. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is $590, which reflects the cost of reserving a crew and calendar time once an eviction is scheduled. By law, evictions require at least 48 hours’ notice to be scheduled, and the movers’ information must be included on the 48-hour notice. Once a job is booked, we lock the calendar, assign a team of laborers, and forgo other work, which creates a fixed cost.

Eviction day cancellation – $590 applies for an eviction-day cancellation.

If any additional engagement occurs on eviction day beyond the cancellation itself, an additional $590 fee may apply.
Living and dining combo rooms count as two rooms.
Pricing may increase by 50%–100% for commercial jobs, excessive contents, or extreme hoarder situations.
Final pricing is determined on the day of service based on room count, floor level, quantity of belongings, and site conditions.
In certain cases and circumstances, the fee may be adjusted. Please contact us — we always do our best to work with our clients.
Additional Services
Post-eviction cleanup is available upon request and is billed separately from eviction moving services.
Important Notices
By paying the invoice or approving the estimate, the client agrees to these terms, including responsibility for reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection expenses if unpaid.
Any disputes must be submitted in writing within five business days of service completion.
